My tracking has not updated in days

A quiet tracking page is worrying but usually harmless. Here is how to tell the difference between a slow scan and a lost parcel.

Usually fine

Long-haul legs can go 48-72 hours without a scan, particularly across country or over a weekend. Ground freight between distant hubs is scanned at facilities, not continuously.

Worth contacting us about

• Stuck on label created for more than two business days.
• No movement at all for more than four business days.
• Tracking shows the parcel moving away from your region.
• Status reads exception or return to sender.

What we do next

We open a trace with the carrier, which takes 1-2 business days to come back. We do not make you wait on that outcome: if a parcel looks genuinely stalled we ship a replacement straight away and settle the claim with the carrier ourselves.
