How long will my order take to arrive?

Every order is picked and packed from our own warehouse, usually the same business day if it is placed before 1pm.

Domestic options

• Standard - 3-5 business days
• Expedited - 2 business days
• Overnight - next business day if ordered before 1pm

What "business days" means here

Weekends and public holidays are not counted by carriers, and nothing leaves the warehouse on those days either. An overnight order placed at 4pm on a Friday arrives Monday, not Saturday.

Peak periods

Between late November and the end of December, add a day to every option. Carriers hit capacity limits regardless of the service level you paid for, and we would rather set the expectation than miss it.

Pre-orders and backorders

If an item is on pre-order the product page shows the expected ship window, and the whole order waits for it. If you would rather have the in-stock items now, place them as a separate order.
