What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags attached. Original packaging helps but is not required.

What we accept

• Unworn items in resalable condition, within 30 days
• Defective items at any point inside the warranty period
• Anything we shipped in error, at our cost, with no deadline

What we cannot accept

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered
• Final sale and clearance items, which are marked as such on the product page before you buy
• Gift cards
• Underwear and swimwear once the hygiene seal is broken

Who pays return shipping

Exchanges ship both ways on us. Returns for refund carry a flat $7 label fee, deducted from the refund - unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake, in which case it is free.

Holiday orders

Anything bought between 1 November and 24 December can be returned until 31 January.
