When will I get my refund?

Two clocks are involved: ours, and your bank's. Ours is the short one.

The timeline

1. Carrier delivers your return to us - 2-5 business days after drop-off.
2. We inspect and approve - within 2 business days of arrival.
3. We issue the refund - same day as approval, and you get an email.
4. Your bank posts it - 3-5 business days for cards, up to 10 for some international banks.

So from drop-off to money visible is typically 7-10 business days, most of which is outside our control.

Where it goes

Refunds always return to the original payment method. We cannot redirect one to a different card or to PayPal. If that card is closed, your bank is still obliged to route the funds to you - contact them, not us.

Store credit

Choose store credit instead and it lands the moment we approve the return, with no bank delay. It never expires.

If it has been longer than that

Contact us with your order number. If we issued it, we can send you the refund reference to give your bank.
