Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following at checkout:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• PayPal
• Shop Pay, including its instalment option on eligible orders
• Gift cards and store credit

Using more than one method

A gift card or store credit can be combined with one card. Two credit cards on a single order is not supported - if you need to split a payment that way, place two orders.

Why a card might be declined

The most common reasons are a billing address that does not match the card, an expired card, or your bank flagging a first-time merchant. We never see the specific reason your bank gives, so if a card keeps failing the fastest path is to call your bank or try a different method.

When you are charged

We authorise at checkout and capture when the order ships. On a pre-order, the authorisation may be re-run if the wait exceeds your bank's authorisation window.
