Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to just over 30 countries. The full list is shown at checkout once you select a destination - if a country is not there, we cannot currently deliver to it.

Main regions and transit times

• Canada - 4-6 business days
• United Kingdom and EU - 5-8 business days
• Australia and New Zealand - 7-12 business days
• Japan, South Korea, Singapore - 6-10 business days

What we cannot ship internationally

Aerosols, pressurised canisters and lithium battery products are restricted on international air freight. If your cart contains one, checkout will flag it before you pay rather than after.

Addresses we cannot use

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, freight forwarders or APO/FPO addresses on international orders, because they break the tracked, duty-paid service we rely on.

Transit times are counted from dispatch, not from checkout, and exclude time held in customs.
